For more than twenty years, I have been supporting change as a consultant and coach in companies all over the world, amongst them Audi, Australia Post, BMW, Linde, National Australia Bank, Porsche, and SAP. In addition, I support startups in the technology and food industry.

Mainly, I work with people who are considered to have "everything", mostly very successful executives and entrepreneurs. People for whom the treadmill of working more, earning more, reaching higher is no longer enough.

What drives me

I am convinced that people always want to create something: for themselves, their life, their work. When we find purpose in life, it becomes meaningful.

What pulls us away from ourselves are mostly external factors, such as career, status, and money. These drivers are external and not defined by us. As a result, we are only happy on the surface, but the longing remains.
